Mr. Emmanuel Tondoneh

Emmanuel Tondoneh is a Legal Practitioner who has over the years worked on numerous projects. He was part of the team that advised MonuRent on the $25 million facility with FCMB. He also acted and advised on the acquisition of International Commercial Bank (Sierra Leone) Limited by First Bank Nigeria, Petrol Leone (SL) Ltd and Petrol Jetty (SL) Ltd by Addax and Oryx Group Ltd (Malta) and Oryx Oil & Gas SA (Switzerland), and the acquisition of Easy Link (SL) by Afrimax BV.

Emmanuel worked as a State Counsel at the Chambers of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice as a prosecutor for two years. Emmanuel was the Legal Counsel and Head of Commercial Contracts department at London Mining Company Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of London Mining Plc and Legal Counsel and Head of Commercial Contracts department Timis Mining Corporation (SL) Limited until his resignation in May 2015. Emmanuel has served as consultant and Company Secretary to many corporate bodies, companies and institutions.
